Envision Central Heber – Heber, UT

Overview

A follow up effort to the Heber Comprehensive Plan, The Central Heber Plan focused on more specific changes to zoning, public infrastructure improvement, and  place-making.

Challenge

To evaluate a meridian of long range planning objectives within the downtown area with the public (Housing, Density, Tourism, Traffic, Parking, Architectural Style, and Place-making …) in an approachable way that would help citizens shape Heber’s future.

Outcome

The community engagement process lead to high levels of support a swift council adoption.
